This document describes the use of cookies and trackers on stellarpathwayfr.com. We apply an opt-in approach by default, in line with CNIL guidelines and the Google Consent Mode v2 model. Without action from you, only strictly necessary cookies are activated.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when visiting a website. It can remember technical information (language, session), measure audience or display advertising.
2. Categories used
We distinguish four categories: strictly necessary (always on), audience measurement, advertising/personalisation, and content personalisation. The last three are only activated with your explicit consent through the cookie banner.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Our site implements version 2 of Google Consent Mode. Google Ads tags (AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics always load in a denied default state: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are initialised at 'denied'. No advertising or measurement cookie is set until you click Accept or customise your choices.
4. Storage of your choices
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key spf_consent_v2) for a maximum of 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations. If you clear your cache or cookies, the banner reappears.
5. Modifying your choices
You may reset your preferences at any time using the 'Manage cookies' link in the footer or by deleting the spf_consent_v2 key from your browser.
6. List of tools
Google Ads (advertising, USA — transfer covered by SCC 2021/914); Google Analytics (audience measurement, anonymised IP); internal measurement tools hosted in France for aggregated data. This list is updated with every change.
