The initial audit is free. Any further mission is subject to a signed quote stating the scope of services, fixed or success-based remuneration, termination conditions and competent jurisdiction.
4. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information, to submit the required supporting documents within agreed deadlines, and to report any change of situation that may affect eligibility to a public scheme.
5. Intellectual property
All content, methodologies, tools and illustrations on this site remain the exclusive property of Stellarpathwayfr SARL. Any reproduction without written authorisation exposes the author to penalties under the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Liability
Stellarpathwayfr is bound by an obligation of means. The firm cannot guarantee systematic obtainment of an aid, the administration remaining sovereign. Our liability shall not be engaged for the authorities' decisions or for inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Complaints and mediation
In case of dispute, the client may refer to the competent consumer mediator (CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
