This policy describes how Stellarpathwayfr SARL processes the personal data you share via stellarpathwayfr.com or during our exchanges. It complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act amended on 20 June 2018, under the supervision of the CNIL.

2. Data collected
We collect: (a) identification data (surname, first name, email, phone) entered through our forms; (b) data relating to your administrative and financial situation, strictly required for the eligibility study; (c) browsing data collected only after consent (see cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to (i) respond to your audit request (pre-contractual measures), (ii) build your public-aid files when you mandate us (contract performance), (iii) comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), (iv) measure audience and personalise our communications (consent, revocable at any time).
4. Recipients and processors
Only authorised Stellarpathwayfr staff and strictly necessary sub-processors (HDS-certified hosting provider in Île-de-France, French e-signature provider, chartered accountant) access your data. An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Retention periods
Prospect data: 24 months from the last contact. Client data: for the duration of the mission, then 5 years in intermediate archiving for accounting obligations and 10 years for tax documents in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
We do not operate any systematic transfer outside the EU. The use of measurement and advertising tools (Google Consent Mode v2) is subject to your consent, with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (2021/914) and advertising data redaction.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability and the right to set post-mortem directives. These rights can be exercised by email at dpo@stellarpathwayfr.com with proof of identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris).
8. Security
Our infrastructure applies TLS 1.3 encryption, role/data partitioning, time-stamped logging and an annual intrusion test. Our staff is bound by a confidentiality charter signed yearly.
9. Complaints
In case of a persistent dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL online at cnil.fr/plaintes or by post. Stellarpathwayfr undertakes to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
